He is the son of Poseidon and Sally Jackson . His best friend and cousin is Grover Underwood . Percy has dyslexia and ADHD. He has no memory before he was six years old. He is now a high schooler who doesn't understand that he's a demigod, just like his father, as well as his best friend Grover. His half-brother Tyson is a cyclops who lives at Camp Half Blood with his mother and protector Chiron . Percy's headstrong and sarcastic best friend Clarisse La Roux hates him because of the bond they shared together when they were younger. Annabeth Chase is a daughter of Athena and was born on May 12, 1992 (also the creator's birthday). She is Percy's main love interest, and at the start of the series, she is 12 years old. Annabeth is very intelligent. She has ADHD, memory problems, and dyslexia. She has blue eyes and blonde hair, which she keeps in a ponytail. Annabeth hates her mother because she was raised by nannies until she was 5 years old. Her mother only visits her every other year for one day to tell her that she hates her and that Annabeth's father left them both for another woman.
